In Memory of Tallulah:  Beloved member of the Gudat family

March 1, 1998 to December 12, 2011

 Today I lost my friend.  Fort the last 13 plus years, I had the supreme joy of sharing an existence with this wonderful creature, Tallulah.  She was my playmate and my rock.  She would frustrate me with her feminine stubbornness and she would hold me up with her empathy when I was wallowing.  She was the family protector and a four-footed sibling to my children, who would always encourage her to push the envelope like they always did.  Tallulah was the friend, teacher, and disciplinarian to our new puppy.

Today I lost my friend, my companion, my confessor, and my conscience.  She heard all I said and never condemned me, she loved me no matter.  And I loved her for greeting me so happily when I would get home from work, for nuzzling me when I would cry, and for celebrating and licking me when I was laughing.

Today I lost my friend and my life will never be the same.
