This includes heartworm preventative, flea and tick products, supplements, commonly prescribed medications and shampoos.  You may access our refill request form online and receive an email when it is ready to be picked up. We also work with a veterinary compounding pharmacist.  This allows us to offer more options for medicating your pet.  Many medications can be produced as liquids or soft treats in a variety of flavors. By purchasing your medications from us or a reputable pharmacy, you will ensure that you receive the manufacturer’s guarantee. 

For example, many heartworm products are backed by a guarantee that they will prevent heartworm and certain intestinal parasites.  If an animal is diagnosed with parasites while on their product, companies will pay for the treatment.  However, if these products are obtained through unlicensed internet pharmacies the companies will not stand behind the product guarantee.  Treatment can be costly and using products obtained through these pharmacies may mean more frequent heartworm and fecal sample testing for your pet.

Merial, maker of Heartgard Plus, states that if your dog tests positive for heartworms, hookworms, or roundworms, they will replace the product and pay for the diagnosis and treatment of your pet. Novartis, maker of Incerceptor and Sentinel, offers the same 100% satisfaction guarantee. These companies will only honor the guarantees when their products have been prescribed by, and purchased from, your pet’s veterinarian. Purchases from unauthorized distributors, such as Internet and mail order catalogs, do not qualify for the guarantee;
5. We are able to offer you the manufacturers’ promotion of free doses and/or cash back rebates, which will be a further saving for you;
6. We assure you that any prescription medication you purchase from us has been inspected and approved by the FDA (Federal Drug Agency), and has been manufactured and packaged in the United States according to government regulations.
7. If your pet has a reaction to the medication, we will be there to help and assist you and your pet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
